Beaver Village offers excellent employment opportunities for those wishing to take advantage of all the activities & amenities that a world-class ski area such as Winter Park can offer. With our own employee benefits package, which is unequaled in this industry, a great ski season awaits you.

Beaver Lodge first opened Thanksgiving Day 1939 and has been a Colorado Ski Country tradition ever since. Our 230 acres adjoin the Arapaho National Forest right next to the Continental Divide. We are located just 1½ miles from the Ski Area on the free shuttle route and a 4-minute walk into downtown.

Our employees are the heart of Beaver Village. A friendly smile and superior service are our specialties. Employees are encouraged to mingle with our clients. However, to achieve these customer service levels, we demand only those individuals who take pride in their work, conduct, appearance, and standards.

Our prime objective is to serve our owners. We are expected to go about servicing these needs professionally, with consideration, respect, and equally importantly, with a smile. The ability to work with, and get along with people, whether they are owners, employees, management or locals is what we are striving for.

Secondly, we want the employees to enjoy the amenities and benefits available throughout Beaver Village, Winter Park Ski Area and also the town of Winter Park itself.

Opportunities exist across the full spectrum of our Management and Employment program. Most positions are full-time, year-round, although some are seasonal. Applications are currently being accepted. While experience is an advantage, it is not essential.
